Hotline NetStrangler

"Hotline NetStrangler" is a net tool to control and limit the network bandwidth used by a "Hotline Server", or a tool to control your uploads on an "Hotline Server".

With this tool, you can continue to surf on the web, check your mails or download even when your "Hotline Server" is open or when you make an upload on a server. This is the main objective of this application.

As a server owner, this tool also offers options to enhance the server management while controlling the bandwidth usage.

"Hotline NetStrangler" is a proxy of the actual Hotline Server, so you always need the server with it.

And at last: "Hotline NetStrangler" is a freeware.

This application is programmed in Java and can be run on any Java Virtual Machine 1.1.8 or higher, with the JFC/Swing libraries.

As this is a Java application, it can run on several platforms, such as Mac OS, Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, Unix, ...
